Anxiety Is Ruining My Life. Any Suggestions?

Hello There,
Over the last few months i have been taking every single pain, throb and weird feeling into consideration (Out of nowhere i've began doing this no idea why) And i'm always worried about having some kind of problem or some kind of disease.

I've been feeling like my toung is too big, my eyes are throbbing, i've noticed i'm more sensitive to bright light, i feel like something is always in my throat, there's this one spot around my gums and tooth that hurts when the brush touches it and that's stressing me out, even i know it's probably just a cut or something from brushing the too hard. There are a lot more things bothering me that i just can't stop thinking about.

If you can't tell this is literally ruining me. I feel like the only time i gets to be worry free is when i'm asleep. I've been i my and out with anxiety all my life but i've never felt like i've had it this bad. What can i do...

Wouldn't hurt to see a dentist, but the rest sounds pretty much like anxiety.  First question would be, has something happened recently or are you facing something coming up that is new and has you stressed out?  Second is, got a good therapist who specializes in anxiety, since this apparently is a long-term problem?  Maybe you can learn to not think like this.

You only had this for a few months and have approached in a way that makes it worse. Over-analyzing yourself looking for clues to a self-diagnosed health problem that doesn't exist is going to make your anxiety bite you worse.
If you can adopt an approach that doesn't feed your anxiety then you might get rid of it, I definitely don't consider you have a long-term issue until you have explored some better methods, and if you can afford it see the therapist as paxiled said because one on one often makes solutions appear faster.

There is no disease that would cause all those "symptoms" especially all at once so it is just your over-anxious fears getting the better of your judgement. The more you search the more odd things you will notice about your body that you would ignore normally because you knew there was nothing wrong. Everyone gets every one of those things you mentioned and forgets them if they even bother noticing them, so that is the key to getting rid of anxiety.

PS. Likely your tongue is the right size too since it seemed to be the right size before this anxiety occurred, although you could ask your doctor next time you see her.
