Yes. As far as I'm concerned, it SAVED my life. I'm not exaggerating.
I have not tried the method myself,and I have read some of the answers posted. First I would like to say that everybody is different and you simply can't judge it by other people's experience. Secondly I have a son that suffers acute anxiety that destroys his life at the young age of 17. In my opinion a person who suffered anxiety himself is more more qualified in this field than any doctor, phycologist or physchiatrist. . Medication is not the answer to this debilitating disorder, and for some people dvd''s and online therapy does not work and maybe they should consider his retreat for more intense, human contact therapy.

The Linden Method worked for me, completely kicked my anxiety but you have to follow the steps as he tells you. I have been panic attack and anxiety free for 5 years now, it was a god send for me.
I've never tried the Linden method but I have noticed the comment that drugs will never work. I have suffered a lot from anxiety disorder in the past and take antidepressants. The anitidepressants have given me my life back. There often is a medical reason for anxiety and in my case it had to do with low serotonin levels whicih the anitdepressant meds helps to correct. If I stopped taking the meds I would be sick again, no question, but with them I am free of crippling anxiety.
Your mind CAN be released from your condition. You will be able to expand your mental and physical boundaries, move back into the ‘real’ world. 2. The compulsions, fear, sadness, frustration and anger that you once had is gone, replaced by positivity and an inner strength that you never knew or have forgotten that, you had. You are stronger, fitter and more mentally capable than before. You have trained your mind to be powerful enough to produce dramatic sensations, now let us put that newfound strength to good use. 7. You can have better and more stable relationships. Whether at work or at home, your interaction with others is more restrained and enjoyable. You don’t upset them, they don’t upset you. What a relief! 8. You can stop negativity, being fed up or depressed. You will find peace where there was once trauma and heartache. 9. You can do all of this with very little effort. Just follow the rules and DO what you are asked to the best of your ability.
