Hello again everyone. It has been a long while since I posted and for that I apologize. I've been going through a lot of things. Most recently, I've moved away from my home in Virginia, to the state of Montana to be with my fiance. We moved here on March 18th of this year. Being so far away from home and family is going to stress anybody out. But, it has made my anxiety disorder much more worse, which I was given the diagnosis of it when I was 19 years old. I am 30 now. Also when I was 19, I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux. It seems like ever since the anxiety disorder entered my life everything has gone downhill. There is ALWAYS something wrong and not a day goes by where I am NOT living in fear and believing that something is wrong with me.
=(
Now, I will begin to get toward my question. In the early afternoon yesterday, 4:15 pm to be exact, I experienced a burning sensation that lasted a minute or two, right beneath the ribs. Right after that, I got this severe pressure, or fullness right beneath the ribs. I am use to that symptom due to both anxiety and, the reflux issues. What is making me panic however is, no amount of belching, or bowl movements is relieving it. Not to mention I am also on my menstrual cycle, day 2-3 to be exact and I know that can attribute to this gas and pressure as well. The pressure will ease up a bit, then come right back. I even feel slight pain and discomfort in my arms and back. I went in to a panic attack believing I am having a heart attack. I went to bed last night, woke up feeling all right but, the discomfort is back yet again, and still even after burping and a bowl movement. About 2-3 years ago I was rushed to the ER believing I was having a heart attack. The Doctor did a chest X-ray to check out my heart and lungs. They were fine. He ran a bunch of blood tests, they were fine. Even had an EKG that was fine. Another question I have is, should I be worrying about my heart like this or, is it really just excessive stress, hormones, reflux and anxiety all wrapped up in to one?
