Thank you for your response, i noticed today i cant put all of my weight on my heel if i just stand on my left foot, this scares me alot because my leg feels weaker. Called my doc ro explain this and he said my reflexes wont be the exact same. Als scares me to death because ive read so much about it and feel like i know to much about it.

Never hit the Google for symptoms.  A million symptoms out there.  Google is for when you have a diagnosis and have questions.  You're obsessing, which is what anxious people do.  It's what has caused you to imprison yourself in your house.  That is what you should be focusing your healing concerns on.
Honestly it all sounds reasonbpe but i cant shake my symptons and now i gotta wait a few days to go see my new pcp, im very worried
Been there, am there, don't want you to stay there.  Do what you have to do to not stay there.

Please accept the doctors assessment that you do NOT have ALS. You may think the motor skills test doesn't tell them very much, but if you had ALS, the doctor would have picked up on some indication that something was not right and sent you for an MRI. And as for the knee reflex test, nobodies knees react exactly the same, EVER! One knee will barely move and the other one will really jerk. And the next time you have a test like that, that knee that barely jerked this time will be the one that kicks the doctor!
What makes you think you have ALS? What symptoms, specifically, took you out of your house to the urgent care clinic?
You say you have only been out of your house 5 times in the past 8 months. That condition is known as agoraphobia and is connected to severe anxiety/panic.
Are you spending a lot of time looking up symptoms on the internet? Sometimes people who suffer with agoraphobia develop severe hypochondria.

I would very, very strongly urge you to make a 6th trip out of your house to see your doctor and tell him exactly what you've told us. You need help and it's available. Agoraphobia can become a very crippling mental illness and you need to get help and treatment before you can't leave your house at all.

I have posted a link about agoraphobia from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota..........it is one of the worlds top hospitals and I hope it will help you understand why this is happening to you.

I wish you better mental health
