Basically I was diagnosed with anxiety the other day and have to go for counselling. the doctor said nothing serious was going on but i"m not convinced. I had a panic attack on saturday and couldn't stop crying and hyperventilating, ever since, I keep getting random tingles in my hands and feet. I also get this really weird head sensation that has been going on for a month now and I can't get rid of it. It feels like water trickling down my head and someone putting pressure on my head. Occasional tingling and constant weird feeling in my head are the only symptoms I have. What's scaring me is even when I'm not anxious, the symptoms don't seem to disappear at all. When I am distracted, I don't seem to notice it much. I am still really scared, the weird head sensation is really peeing me off and I can't get rid of it, it doesn't hurt at all, and my eyesight is fine apart the occasional twitching when I'm tired. I've had blood tests and a full body examination to test for numbness but they came back clear. The doctor says its anxiety, should I believe her or should I be worried? I am so scared!!!!
