I know how you feel. A lot of pressure is put on me and after a while all i do is worry and claspes in to my self. Im not going to say you will be okay but just stick to one day of meditation and progress. It helped me for a while then the world threw something in my path and you also have to be the one to realize your okay
Thanks yes went to therapy and was told I will be ok I just worry so much I do try .25 Xanax at night at bedtime but then when it where's off I wake up almost in a panic during the day like right now I feel tight cheats pain in the middle of my cheats and its hard to control
Have you tried meditation or hypnotherapy? You could buy hypnotherapy CDs for anxiety online or in stores and listen to them before bed or in the morning when you get up, depending on how it makes you feel. Some people feel awake and energized afterwards and some people feel sleepy and relaxed. But hypnotherapy helps 24/7 because the positive suggestions stay within your subconscious.
Also if you don't already, light exercise at least a few times a week will help release some of that anxiety and tension. If you are in to exercising and find it's helping you might even find Yoga very helpful. It's good exercise, meditation and breathing all in one!

It sounds like you may have depression along with the anxiety. This is very common.
Are you in therapy? I would highly recommend it.
Have you tried taking a half of the .25 Xanax to see how you do on that? If you're not used to them they can make you tired.
