When I was going through anxiety and panic, numerous every day activities could start a panic attack. It can seem overwhelming and confusing at first. Know +that anxiety will not physically hurt you. I know that is much easier said than done. Throughout your challenge with this, have you seen a therapist to talk over you sources of anxiety and panic? For me, as with any challenge I face, knowing how to confront it makes it much less scary and gives me the knowledge and tools to face it. Keep us posted. YOU WILL GET through this.
