Okay, I don't necessarily get the cold flashes. Just little minor hot flashes. It seems to be whenever I'm thinking of the things that raise my stress and anxiety levels. It's from an encounter I had 11 weeks ago. I've been told not to worry cause it was no risk. But my mind is weak and I've been trying to forget about it

I would suggest you visit your gp obviously to make sure, but I get hot and cold flashes and don't necessarily sweat, but I can't tell you for sure that it's anxiety and stress causing it but from some of your symptoms it could be, but go to the doc and get a health check and mention how you've been feeling
So if I get warm spells on and off all day but not to the point of sweating that's normal for stress and anxiety? How do I know for sure its stress and anxiety causing this? Clearly I'm a worrier but is that all that I need to tell me I'm stressed and have anxiety?
It varies, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes longer, especially if I'm shaky and cold that usually lasts ages
How long did that last for you?
I can be hot one minute and cold the next, I've been told it's from worrying and being in a state
I have not yet, was just kind of waiting to see if they subsided. What about the minor warm spells? Is that just from excessive worrying?
Headaches are probably stres related. I get them at least a few times a week, and I can totally relate to the closed throat feeling, really hate that!!have you seen a gp at all relating to these symptoms /feelings?
Some of my symptoms are:
-had muscle pains (maybe from playing golf after prolonged inactivity?)
-minor tension headaches on the perimeter of my head and behind my eyes
-warm spells but nothing major and long lasting, just feel my body heat up quick (no night sweats at all)
-lost like 5-6 pounds (maybe from not working out?)
-closed throat feeling
-weird sensation on right side of tongue (comes and goes)
the ones that bother me are the throat and minor headaches
Yes it can, stress and anxiety is draining, leaves me feeling exhausted. I get all kinds of physical symptoms, but do vary in different people.
I get aches and pains, weakness, tingling, blurred vision, breathing difficulties, dizziness, all kinds of strange sensations.
Go to your gp for some advice, do you get any other symptoms?
yes, chronic stress and anxiety can damage your health, relationships, mood, and lifestyle. Tiredness, sleeplessness are the symptoms of normal stress and anxiety but it could be a normal stress due to work pressure.. Try to consult with a doctor.
