Because you have been on the medication for 5 years, regardless of the dose, your body has become dependent on the drug.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with this medication. And you are no doubt aware that alcohol should be avoided when taking this medication.
It seems that you are already on the smallest dose.
If you wish to get off this medication, you should make an appointment to see your doctor so that he can advise you on the best way to do this. Going "cold turkey" when you have been taking something for 5 years is not a very good idea. Perhaps taking the whole tablet one night and missing a night a night for a few weeks before leaving a bigger gap in between.
Make an appointment with your doctor to discuss the best way for you, to be "weaned" off this medication.
You can still fix this -- just go back on the last dose at which you felt fine and taper off as slowly as you need to. I'd do this with a psychiatrist as regular docs aren't too keen on how to use and discontinue medication; psychiatrists are better, but even they are just too unaware of how hard this can be. You can wait it out and hope it all goes away, it probably will, but if you want to play it safer and not have it last a long time then as I say it's not too late to do it the safer way.
