ANXIETY

Hi..i am 24 years..i am feeling thirsty..not exactly thirsty but like something is burning on my tongue.. i want to take piece of ice cream or want to inhale cold air from atmoshphere just by opening my mouth..it feels good little bit while doing so.i want to take water and keep it in my mouth ..but water doesnot quench my thirst.
and intersesting part is that whenever i sleep in the night(from 12 in the night till 8 in the morning),then i never have this thirsty problem..this problem starts only after waking up..and it worse when i keep thinking on it

i think that it is anxiety because if i have some problem,it bothers me while sleeping also..
i had the anxiety attact once when i was 18..i had a problem of breathing.and feels like shortening of breating.but that was due to my anxiety.and i alone over
Come that problem by making my brain cool and strong and now I never had that problem
Pls help me in this thirsty feeling problem as it making me mad

When we sleep at night we're not really thinking about anything. I'm not saying that this could not be anxiety because it could be. You also mentioned feeling thirsty.  Is this a true thirst?
I always recommend seeing a Dr whenever anyone starts having unusual symptoms. Yes, this could be anxiety but something else could be going on physically.

but my main doubt is if it is a problem with vitamin then why should i not feel in the night while sleeping..i can sleep properly with out thinking about it.

only in the morning once i woke up and and start thinking about it and then the problem starts,

A burning feeling on your tongue could mean that you're low on B vitamins. Being low on the B vitamins can also cause anxiety. I know anxiety can cause so many strange symptoms but I'm really thinking this could be your problem. If you can see your Dr to tested for vitamin levels that would be great. In the mean time eat foods that are high in these vitamins. You can google foods that will let you know which ones are high in this vitamin.
