Is this normal?

Hi since november when i stopt efexsor xr i been having pannic att, and anxiety my thoghts are resing ,like i feel avery ake in my body and i think all the time that there is something wrong with me and my health. I cant stop. I cant eat im back on efexsor xr to the same dose of 37.5 i m just tired of the thoghts and the doctors . Some times i feel like going craisy . Cant go any where scared for every thing, shops, people , i steal, do but get dizzy and paniky with lots of presher in my head. I try to positively think and try any thing and every thing , like breathing , meditation ,and so on, i cant take a tablet with out thinking what will it do to me, what will i feel, constant tightnes in my head neck sholders, cold hands, i m just tired of thinking .Please  help.

Are you in therapy?  Sounds like you need to be, if possible.  Drugs alone won't cure it.  Hope the Effexor works again, but remember, it's hard to go off of and if you just take another drug before withdrawing from a previous one it's very hard to know what's causing what.  And as for getting addicted to valium, were you really?  I mean, these drugs are all addictive in their way, since they're hard to stop and when you do you're back where you started.  Just a not, the naturopath may at some time want you to stop medication and go all natural.  If you do, make sure whoever is treating you knows how to taper you off Effrexor properly.

Hi Paxiled , thanks for asking. What happend  was i went to the shop to get some food and out of no where i had this tern of dizzines i had to sit and catch my breath i got scared i have never  felt any thing like that, i got my self home and slept, in the eavning i went to the doctors and said what happend, he said that i was on efexor for 3 years and its stop working for me , so he started me on Aropax, wich was good i took it for 9 day i had my wedding wich i think broght all this on, planing ,sleeples night and to much organization, which was in january , i was glad i was ok then after the honey moon i went back to the doctor and ask if it ok if i get pregnant on this tablet , he said no , so i got Zoloft wich made me sick , then changed to Lexapro wich did jack, i started to have big pannic att, anxaity i stopt all meds as i got more pannics , as all seem to be so scarry i was not able to come out at all for 6 weeks, he gave me valium , i got addicted to it, so had to give that up to, i lost the baby in march wich im not suprised, and just 4 weeks ago i went to many cleanics , one doctor put me on my thiroide tablet untill the test came back, i was on them for 3 days , but test came good , i stopt that doctor and went to many more, till i found a good one who listen to me and said to go back on efexor , so when i thoght i was better , the simptoms started again , i went back to new doctor and he asked me to take avanza  with efexor i said no more drags to my self so i got a nutropath and now i am taking vitamins as my body was diplited from all the new triens. I know they take a while to work but i just wont my negative thoghts to stop as i have no rest from them , the twitches in my back and on and on  and on, i wont to be as i was before , normal.So thats my ame is to get there. AH- this is my story.

You don't say why you went on Effexor in the first place, so there's no way to know if you're suffering from withdrawal, which is very common with Effexor, of whether when you stop you relapse to what you were before you started taking it.  If it works, why stop?  If you stopped because you feel you didn't need it any more and you were feeling fine, then it might be withdrawal, which means you stopped too quickly for you, since everyone's going to have a different experience.
