This forum is great, I really really appreciate all the help...they do pass like all the symptoms, and Patient49, the one truth is that when I play guitar I would be fine dying before I had to stop it haha I would never stop...and you may be right about it releasing emotions, and also causing some tension as I try to progress and continuously challenge myself. I can say I see a phychologist once a week and we are making some progress though with only an hour together, it never seems to be enough...I have had my 3 ER visits and made a promise after the 3rd one left me with the same paper saying anxiety/panic, that I would not return, and that I would deal with this and treat it. And thats exactly what I have done since...I also must say the internet aside from this site has been my worst enemy, I find only negative information on my symptoms and have learned to just stop using it! thank you so much!
Hey, I second cj29's response. And I just wanted to include that This actually a very common symptom of anxiety. Check out that posting I was talking about! Anxiety can manifest in any possible neurological way. I know, it took me a long time to be convinced that anxiety could cause REAL physical symptoms of such concern. But check out that posting!!
That's cool you play guitar, I did for a long time. It is possible that you release emotion while playing and can cause your symptoms, but don't be discoureged to play your music!!
Vibration near the heart and side of peck is actually a very common anxiety symptom, and it can't hurt you. many people think they are having a heart attack but they are not, and become reasured of this after being rushed to the emergency room. They realize they are fine! I have had the same vibrations as you, but they have passed.
ask away! It is important that you ask about your concerns, and this forum is a good place to get reasurance and advice.
Anxiety can manifest itself in multiple ways. Health anxiety can be really hard to break free of if one does not get the help needed in my opinion. You can seek reassurance for one symptom and then you move on to another, then another, etc. For me, to break the cycle, it was extremely important to get some counseling on what is causing this and why I was thinking that way. Knowledge is definitely power when dealing with this...keep us posted!
