My overweight is causing me anxiety!

i want to reduce my weight asap! shall i buy phentermine online to reduce weight!

If being overweight is making you anxious, then the best thing you could do is start concentrating on losing weight and drugs or appetite suppressants aren’t going to help. In fact, a successful dietician told me that weight woes need to be tackled with diet and exercise. However, I was leading an active life and doing pretty clean eating, but I still had tyres around my waist. Extensive reading and browsing health articles confused me more than ever, till I consulted a doctor helpline, and what he said actually made sense. The amount of weight that we gain or lose actually depends on our metabolic strength and if this fire is not competitive enough, you are not going to achieve your ideal weight. HE of course, told me to be physically active and eat right, but he also prescribed some amazing remedies to alter my metabolic mechanisms. I started with a homeopathic formulation -Assist and an ayurvedic formulation- Thermogenix . Both these products have improved my metabolism and I’ve been eating healthy and losing weight too. I suggest you try natural alternative rather than suppressing your appetite. You can also  take combnations of these herbs Withania somnifera, Asparagus racemosus and Bacopa monnieri to avoid panic attacks.

You're posing this on the anxiety forum instead of the weight loss forum, so I have to ask, you say this is causing you anxiety but anxiety is a state of mind -- most people do not become chronically anxious about life's problems.  They might bother them, but they either do something about it or they don't but they don't worry themselves sick over it.  That's what anxiety is, worrying unproductively, chronically, pathologically.  As to weight loss, no, you don't want to buy speed to lose weight.  You want to change your diet permanently to a healthier one that doesn't metabolize as quickly into sugar and therefore store as fat if you don't burn it off immediately and you want to increase the amount of energy you exert-- exercise more, or just move more.  That doesn't mean fad high protein diets or other fad diets, it just means eating better and cutting out things you probably know aren't the best things to eat if you have a weight problem.
