Anxiety trigger

I seem to get anxiety after eating. Is there any medical reason this could happen

I have had bad anxiety for about a year, mostly due to worrying about some health concerns. The health concerns seem to be behind me now but I still seem to have the anxiety. I am wondering how long will it take for the anxiety to stop

Sometimes it does just go away but sometimes we have to help it along. Do you do anything for your anxiety? Any breathing exercises, grounding , resets? Do you exercise? See a therapist or anything?

Hello! Welcome. Can you tell me a little more? Is this new? Does it happen every time you eat? Does it happen with certain things you eat? Is there anything else going on in your life? What are you feeling exactly in terms of symptoms?
