Nervous about valentines

Valentines is approaching, and i am very lucky to have a wonderfull partner.. BUT not so lucky when it comes to *treats*.. I am getting ever so anxious over having a take away, because everytime i have one, they seem to raise my heart rate alot, and i get lots of heart flutters (get pvc's and pac's). ANd these heart flutters come on every odd beat for hours!! (untill i am asleep)

I Know he will want either a chinese or an indian (And when i have asked them not to cook with msg etc, they dont seem to understand what i am on about)..

I am so anxious, i want to cook, but again why the hell should i not have a treat... But i hate these palps so much, and i try my best to avoid them..

Anyone else?

I know this is a tad off topic, but I didn't think they used msg so much in Indian food.  Am I wrong?

If the msg in Chinese or Indian food causes you to have palps, then don't eat there! I understand you love the food, but why put yourself through that? Surely there must be other "treats" that would satisfy you.
And while I understand how nice it is to go out, cooking up a great Chinese dinner at home could be very romantic! (And no msg to dampen the festivities!) LOL
You could color the rice red and form it into the shape of a heart! I bet Martha hasn't thought of that one yet!
Hope you have a great Valentines Day.............palp free!
Peace
