Until I got home I shower and all that Good stuff and then suddenly while I'm eating alil snack I feel my heart rate just sky rocket for no apparent reason at all and stayed like this for maybe an hour or so I could feel my pluse through my whole body but no really other symptoms than that is this my anxiety also I haven't been getting enough rest that I go know because I go to bed late and get up early to much.. But all this is just freaking me out and also this passed summer I got a physical check up and all was perfect and here recently my doctor listened to my heart and done an EKG and said all was beautiful.

Hi kingchris.  How are you?  I've read your other posts and this one as well and it sounds like you have been thoroughly checked out by a physician and your heart has been given a good report.  As you are posting on this and state yourself that you believe your concerns are anxiety related, I would go with that.  I don't think you in any way need to alter your physical activity as you are being seen by a doctor and given the all clear for your exercise.  In fact, such cardio and strength exercise is what keeps your heart healthy!!  I assume you are also eating a healthy diet as well.

My best advice to you is to tackle the anxiety. This means seeing a doctor not for your heart but your mental health.  You may need medication and talk therapy both which is typically the best way to overcome such health anxiety as you suffer.  Have you seen a physician for your anxiety?  This is very important to schedule and do as soon as possible so you can get on with your life.

I had a health scare in that I went to an urgent care when ill with a bad cough and my blood pressure was high.  From that point on, for about two months, I felt my heart in my chest.  Like I could FEEL my blood pressure, right?  No.  I was anxious and it was in my mind.  I have since had two complete physicals and my heart and health is actually in excellent condition.  Once I wasn't worried, I don't 'feel' those aches and pains.  You are anxious and hyperfocused.

so, please see a physician for your health anxiety.  It would be unusual for a major heart issue to not be uncovered in the tests you've done and you need to live and enjoy your life away from the cloud of fear and anxiety.  Good luck to you

Did you done echo? If yes please post the various doppler values, ejection fraction values, size measurements etc shown in that report. Echo gives a better assessment of heart.

No I have not had an Echo before but I do generally believe that it is my anxiety because I've had so many freaking symptoms and every time I went to the doctor or er all my test were clear
I also workout today and I done some intense boxing training and done all right
Anyway not push it hard. Avoid strenuous activities which can test your heart muscles. This is especially true if have any kind of heart problems like valve issue, muscle thickness etc. In such cases doing those activities can make heart worse quickly. Doing an echo gives peace of mind and also if found any bad can plan your activities, diet etc.
