One more question, what do I do?

Okay so Here's an example of what my anxiety's causing relationship wise.
Lets say I like a guy, well everytime i think of that guy ill feel an anxiety attack coming on,
And everytime i think of him for some reason i feel the chest tightness? Then i stop liking them,
i want it to quit happening because i can never stay in a relationship.
Anybody gone through this or know what I should do?

It sounds like a form of social anxiety. So that is what you should look for treatment for. It can be helped. Can be gotten over. I know you don't like theraphy. But finding the right kind of theraphy can really help. Not just talk theraphy. One that will show you new ways to tackle you problems. Have you got a school councilor? Someone you can talk to in there? The answer could be that simple. Could be looking at you every day and you just don't know it is there.

Just for the record. Does this just happen with guys you like? If you knew a guy as a friend, it wouldn't happen? To me it just sounds like a form of social anxiety. The anxiety coming on when you meet new people or maybe fancy somebody. Social anxiety can take on different forms. How do you break the chain? That is the one million dollar question. Talk theraphy could help you in ways. It may seem dumb. But you learn ways of dealing with such things when they do occur. Plus you explore why such a thing is happening to you only at those certain moments. Then you would take it from there. Maybe have an exercise or two that you would be given to work on. Ones that would help you in such situations. It is not a problem I have ever had myself. As an agoraphobic I can't say I get much chance to have such a problem. ( LOL ) But seek out some help. You will get the answers you need. And I am sure you will settle down and be happy.
