Please read and help me out of this situation

Suddenly I start to feel that my breath is being blocked from chest side and feel burning sensation in nose.I rush to the washroom rinse my nose with water come back to my room and lay on my bed.I feel like something is swollen is my nose and something is blocking my breathing.I just lay down and try to resist it and think of something else and after some time it gets normal again.I did not had this before it has just started about a week ago and happens once daily. It does not make me suffocated as to hyperventilate through mouth oxygen. It just makes me uneasy and restless that my breathing is being blocked or pressed at the moment.I have felt that this happens after I eat a whole meal stomach full or when I eat at night and sleep and awake up in the morning with this sensation. My sinus are clear but turbinates are swelled due to house dust mites allergy,I have no cough, fever, sneezing, whizzing sound, chest infection, flu , runny nose or anything.I have normal stool and have a normal hunger/appetite.I think that anxiety makes the digestion period longer as creating pressure somewhere which makes me feel that something is pressuring of blocking brearhing temporarily. But I do not understand that when I rinse my nose with water nothing comes out as it is clean mostly. Then why do I feel to start relax after rininsing my nose? If it is anxiety and indigestion then why nose rinsing makes easy? Is it in my head that clearing my nose will make me easy?

Are these medicines for anxiety safe prescribed by the psychiatrist? Do they help in treating anxiety? how much? I have taken faverin(fluvoxamine), Lamnet(lamotrigine), Seroxat (paroxetine) & Seroxat CR (paroxetine hydrochloride) before but did not had any improvement.Someone else has tried effexor, effexor xr & alprazolam for anxiety?

nursegirl6572 the psychiatrist has diagnosed and has prescribed me Effexor XR 75mg for 6 days and after Effexor 150mg for three weeks at night only.Tablet Neuxam(alprazolam) 0.5 mg starting from 1/2 morning and 1 & 1/2 in the evening and reduce weekly to 1 & 1/2 , 1 and 1/2 only at evening. The Gastroenetrologist has found anxiety related stomach upset and has prescribed Capsule Selanz(Lansoprazole) 30 mg one hour before breakfast, Tablet Zantac at bedtime and Dynetic(Itopride (HCl)) one hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the psychiatrist and gastroenterologist has told that there is nothing serious just try to relax and you will get normal again within a month.

Today I have an appointment with a psychiatrist as a relative have referred me as she got depression 17 years ago and with the treatment of this psychiatrist shed did not had depression again for about 17 years and got it after 17 years because her sister has got breast cancer. She has consulted this psychiatrist and he told her that do not worry you did not die 17 years because of depression and in future also you will not die because of depression. After starting the medicines again prescribed by the psychiatrist she is again getting normal again. She told me that last time it took about 6 months for the medicines to take effect and she completely got cured of depression.
