Hello,
I had my first ever panic attack about 3 years ago. I went on medication for about 2 years and then came off because I was feeling so much better. When I had to go back to work a few months after coming off the medicaiton, I started getting the physical symptoms again. I switched jobs, and have been working at a low stress job for about 9 months now. I constantly have physical symptoms of anxiety even when I do not feel anxious. I usually feel dizzy, sometimes feel like my heart is beating out of chest, or that if I do a big inhale I will have a palpitation. I also feel like I am drunk sometimes. I have been for a stress test for my heart and an EKG and both were fine, but I am still convinced that there must actually be something wrong with me. I often feel like I can't breathe or take a deep breath. I eat healthy meals, and exercise regularly. I have tried deep breathing for in the moment situations, but I am looking for some long term solutions/practices that will allow me to not experience these symptoms on a daily basis. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Thanks!
