Anxiety is a weird yet adventurous illness for anything you put in your head will happen undoubtably. I've suffered from the age of 19 and am now 35 and have had all types of hypochondriac ideas and feeling creep in my head from thinking I have heart issues to high blood pressure to thinking and googling all kind of illnesses. For me I finally realized the worst thing I was doing was searching and reading about anxiety because it becomes a vicious cycle that escalades and becomes a paranoid state of mind And doesn't stop. I took Paxil for 14 years and never wanted to take a benzo and when I finally did my life changed. I started on lorazapem along with my Paxil and have totally ridden my anxiety to a non factor point. I don't know what your taking but find the right combination and you will be free of anxiety. Good luck

Strange things can happen during a panic attack. Some people get rashes and itching. Check with your Dr to see if ths is what's going on.
