STD Anxiety

Hi, It started 6months ago where i had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with escort girl. I had done three tests from exposure. 1st 3rd weeks of exposure, 2nd 15weeks and 20weeks and all non reactive. After 4months of exposure i felt muscle aches and after 6months i felt itchy over my body. And today i felt my nerves pain. I had done 3 test which shown all non-reactive. The Dr tolde the STD tests are conclusive. Does anxiety can make nerves pain? please advise

Yes.  But that doesn't mean it has.  Anxiety can make you more sensitive to things you ignore otherwise.  Since you don't appear to have had particularly risky sex per se but did have sex with a person of high risk, you might make your life easier by choosing partners who aren't high risk people.  But from your description, the sex wasn't really that much of a threat to you, so anxiety would appear to be your main problem.  So, seeing a therapist?

yes i had seek advised from my therapist. I have tried to clear the negative thought but whenever i felt the pain then the negative thought came again.
fyi i forgot to mentioned that the muscle pain started after i overthink of getting STD after 3rd weeks of exposure where i felt caught fever but Dr said i have no fever.
You need to keep seeing the therapist, and you need to discuss your feeling that you have muscle pain with the therapist. No one can provide therapy from here because you don't have any disease so you need one on one to accept that, so you need to finish off the job that you started with the therapist.
Thanks AnxiousNoMore. Just now i had talked to my therapist. She asked me to continue meditation & CBT. Beacuse she said my anxiety only severe and no need to take medication. I hoped it help and end the muscle pain.
