Since you don't appear to have had particularly risky sex per se but did have sex with a person of high risk, you might make your life easier by choosing partners who aren't high risk people. But from your description, the sex wasn't really that much of a threat to you, so anxiety would appear to be your main problem. So, seeing a therapist?
