Personally, I'd recommend a psychologist and therapy. A psychiatrist won't do therapy, he or she will just put you on medication, but it sounds to me like something must have happened in your life to lead you to have this irrational fear. I'd try to figure that out before I'd see a psychiatrist, but that's just me.
Do i need to find a Psychiatrist to solve my anxiety?
Again, yes, that's exactly what you need to do. Your worry is not a rational one and is indicative of either an anxiety disorder or OCD. You have to see a professional to get a diagnosis and discuss treatment.
Yes maybe there's is the one who have hepatitis/hiv want to pass the diseases...this is what i am thinking?
I dont know why i am thinking in this way..That is why i posted to get some assurance/or kindly advise me what will be the best solution to my problem..Do i need to find a Psychiatrist to solve my anxiety?
Your assurance and your answer is will ease my anxiety
Let's just deal with one issue at a time. You didn't answer any of my questions and just keep asking everyone on this forum the same thing. It will be easier to understand you if you answer the below question.
Do you think there might be someone out there going around with needles trying to stick you on purpose?
Birdie,
This is my biggest problem now...Once someone touches me i think that they will stuck me with needle..I will find a good Dr will help me with my problem..
My only question there's a possibilities that you will stuck by needle without notice it?
You need to seek professional help to assist you in breaking this patten of irrational thinking.
It has been 3 years and no disease showed up, so knowing that might help you realize you didn't get any needle disease.
I presume you get scratches that you don't notice at the time then later see them and worry they came from a needle. Am I correct? People don't walk around with hidden needles that are dipped in HIV just for the purpose of sticking you when you aren't looking, but please answer my question when you write back.
As for your present situation when you got kissed there is no reason to believe your friend stuck a needle in you to give you HIV. Why do you think he would want to do that?
There is a way to overcome my anxiety for a needle , blood or skin puncture..
If i get some scratch I am thinking that it is a cause of needle or some people pass some diseases/virus (hepatitis/hiv)
Please help me in my problem..It is almost 3 years now i have this attitude
A kiss on the head will not give you anything more than a wet head. If you shower regularly (once or twice a day is good), that takes care of any bodily germs you might have picked up through the day. Good handwashing is excellent as well. You should wash your hands before you eat, after using the bathroom, and after handling money. PEOPLE WHO HAVE ANXIETY SHOULD NOT DRINK ALCOHOL. I cannot stress this enough. Alcohol only makes your anxiety WORSE. It does not matter if you do not take medication or you do. Do not drink alcohol. I have been clean and dry for 6 months with the help of therapy and medication, and I have never felt better in my life. I would see the same for you. Blessings - Blu
