Since last Monday, I've been experiencing random pressure in my head and rare cold tingling as if someone poured water on my brain. The left side of my neck feels tight but I don't feel pain when I move it, my left ear was recently diagnosed to be Swimmers Ear, and that too feels sort of "heavy" in a sense. Occasionally, I experience warm sensations in my face, hands or legs that last for about 10-20 seconds. I went to the ER last week and they didn't see too concerned about my symptoms only to drink lots of water and get plenty of rest since they believe I was dehydrated. So, this week I visited my family doctor and he too didn't seem like it was a big deal, he too said the same things and said I have a case of worrying too much. My symptoms seem to regress once I do physical activity such as football practice or go outside and play on my court. They usually occur at times at rest or once I start researching symptoms similar to mine. Out of 3 doctors, one believed I suffered a concussion although I don't agree. I have suffered major anxiety problems last summer when I began feeling like my chest was being squeezed from the inside, I too visited the ER then. Is what I described because of anxiety or not?
