Should I be concerned?

Since last Monday, I've been experiencing random pressure in my head and rare cold tingling as if someone poured water on my brain. The left side of my neck feels tight but I don't feel pain when I move it, my left ear was recently diagnosed to be Swimmers Ear, and that too feels sort of "heavy" in a sense. Occasionally, I experience warm sensations in my face, hands or legs that last for about 10-20 seconds. I went to the ER last week and they didn't see too concerned about my symptoms only to drink lots of water and get plenty of rest since they believe I was dehydrated. So, this week I visited my family doctor and he too didn't seem like it was a big deal, he too said the same things and said I have a case of worrying too much. My symptoms seem to regress once I do physical activity such as football practice or go outside and play on my court. They usually occur at times at rest or once I start researching symptoms similar to mine. Out of 3 doctors, one believed I suffered a concussion although I don't agree. I have suffered major anxiety problems last summer when I began feeling like my chest was being squeezed from the inside, I too visited the ER then. Is what I described because of anxiety or not?

Pacing is very common with anxiety. I wouldn't threaten to leave home... Also, why don't your parents want you to get medical attention? Listen you're only 16 I'm sure you are healthy, however it seems like you probably have anxiety and anxiety is an important medical issue to treat. You should talk to somebody who you can trust about your anxiety symptoms

Yes I feel anxious, especially at night I get upset at my parents because they won't take me to get medical attention, I start pacing a lot and yelling, threatening to leave home, ect;. I don't want to die, I'm only 16!

It sure sounds like anxiety. Do you feel anxious? Or feel like you have anxiety??

Also, don't google symptoms. That will always fuel your anxiety. It's never a good idea. You had doctors clear you, and say you are ok. That is great news.

You even said when you are active and busy you feel better! In my mind that is anxiety. When I'm not doing anything my anxiety kicks my ***. When I'm active and keeping my mind busy my anxiety goes down.

Anyways I think you're ok. Have you done anything to help your anxiety?///do you feel anxious or feel you have anxiety these days?
