That's awesome! It's always so nice to read a post that is positive! :-) I am happy for you. Sounds like you have a bit of unnecessary nervousness going on. Google relaxation techniques and try them. Alot of them work for me. If doing these things regularly does not cause improvement, then see your doctor and request a mild anti-anxiety med, like lorazepam. This can be taken on an as need basis, enters the bloodstream quickly (about 20 minutes it will start to work), and the effect will last about 4 hours. NOTE: this drug is a benzodiazepine which can be addictive, and people who take it regularly are dependent on it, no matter how little a dosage is taken. Consider this very carefully before allowing your doctor to prescribe ANY benzo (you can ask him if a drug he suggests is a benzo, and if there are alternatives).
