Hello I have been dealing with anxiety off and on for 3 years. Terrible stuff. Anyway I had it controlled for a very long time and about 5 months ago it hit me like a ton a bricks. Due to my grandfather passing away. I have been trying Zpoint Meditation which is helping me a bit my biggest issue is this has started disturbing my sleep I wake up between 1am-3am and toss and turn and fall asleep for a feew minutes then wake up again. Anyone else expierience this? I hope it goes away it seems too be getting better now that I started meditation. I do not take meds because I think they cause other issues. I tried acupunture also and I think it works great but who has that kind of money to keep up on treatments.
