There are MANY medications that will help stop your anxiety attacks, but you will first need to see your doctor to rule out a medical cause for your anxiety.

I know you didn't ask, but there is nothing OTC, at least that I know of, that will do anything to really help you.

Hey there!  I am on 3mg Prazosin for 1 1/2 months now, and I feel more grounded.  Hope you find something that helps !
