Hi Jayy94, I'm so sorry that you are feeling this way, speaking from experience, it's a horrible feeling as I've been there myself. Have you experienced any recent stress or change in your life? - Any stress can cause anxiety like you're experiencing, and our bodies have to find a way to cope, which can result in the over activation of flight or fight response, which leads to racing thoughts and rumination with the concerns you mention. Have you spoken to a GP at all about this? They may be able to help you with medication if you're not on any already or they might be able to refer you for talking therapies like CBT or counselling. In my experience, I found that diet, exercise and a combination of CBT and social support networks (keeping busy) helped to reduce these feelings. I'm sorry I could not be of anymore help, if you need anything else at all I'm always free for a chat. I hope you feel better soon. Take care.
