Is it possibly Axiety and OCD

Hello

Just would like to know, i suffer from bad contant thoughts about things going fast ro me being on something fast, and it feels real although i know it's not.

I get very anxoius and feel sick worried and get headaches when this happens i feel like im going to loose control, it can also make me feel im going to go crazy, which i fear, it stops me from eating and can make me isolate myself.

I can get it worse or bad at times and when im stressed its worse, sometimes i find it hard to sleep, nothing tirggers it off the thoughts are usually worse, i find it hard to relax and concertrate at times and i get slightly paranoid at times and as well as alot of mind chatter

Could this possibly be slight OCD and an AXIETY Disorder?

thanks

Yes it is best to see someone and get a diagnose. I have both OCD as well as anxiety and panic.
Seeing someone and getting a proper diagnose will really help in treating you and getting you help. It took me awhile to see someone and get the help I needed and it really changed my life being able to have a diagnose and learning about it and how to deal with it. Good Luck

It's best to see a psychiatrist for an evaluation and go from there.  Anything appears to be possible with anxiety, but you need to talk to a professional for a proper diagnosis.  Take care.
