What should I do?

Yesturday I wanted to buy tickets off the venue where the concert was being sold, and for some reason I couldn't get the tickets online. So I thought I call the customer service #. Conversation:
Service: Can I help you?
Me: Yes, I liked to buy tickets for so in so event, notice u don't have them online but ur still advertising
them, so where else can I get tickets?
Service: Where have you been? They sold out a year ago, we don't have any.
Me: Yes, I know that but... (cut off by the service lady)
Service: your taking a chance with other sites only our tickets are valid, is their any other "legit" questions u have?
Me: Okay, you know what thanks for the help... bye, then I hung up.

Who was more rude, I wasn't mean to her until she stop answering my questions, which she only answered one of them. I emailed the company about this still haven't heard from them. What should I do? After I got done with her I felt like an idiot, and I started to cry, like it bothered me bad, I'm a young person and my psychiatrist diagnoised me with anxiety and depression...

You most certainly were not rude. I think you showed patience. You did nothing wrong. I think you handled the situation just fine. I'm sorry you didn't get your tickets though.

For me personally, I have found a situation like you described, happens more often than not. The only thing I can think is these people must really not like their jobs to treat people that way.

Any time encounter an unpleasant confrontation or situation, it is challenging for any of us deal with it. Once we learn acceptance, we will be able to deal with these types of situations. I'm referring to the way we feel inside ourselves. It's going to happen thru life and once we know how to deal with it, the better we will feel and then we can just roll it off our back. You could even say, Boy were they ever in a bad mood !! To yourself and then move on. You can't change people, they are who they are. Don't take how other people feel to heart. Remember, it's their issue, not yours.

You ask, What should you do? I think you should put this situation behind you, don't think about it, don't dwell on it, just let it leave your mind. I know, probably easier said than done but you can learn to do this. It takes practice, time and patience. It will make you feel so much better, internally calm, less or no anxiety and just feel peaceful.

I'm speaking from experience. Accepting people for who they are and not taking it personally has helped me a great deal. I'm not perfect, I have slip ups once in a while and that's okay.

I hope this helps you, Fondly, Crystal
