Appendix Problem :/

I had my appendix removed 3 months ago. Lately my legs have been numb and the place where my appendix was hurts really bad. What could be the cause?

Dear Tigress, couple things I would suggest to try, first magnesium and then vitamin d3. What you are describing is classical signs of these deffecienties.
You need to check your level of vit d3 and add at least 400 mg of magnesium citrate or aspartate per day, also your doc about this. It will take you a little while to overcome the symptoms, but these two supplements will make you feel so much better. After couple weeks, you will have a new outlook and a better one, you also need to start working out, drink plenty of water, a lot of water, you need to flash your system.  You also have to eat a lot of fruits and vegetable, maybe juice the stuff you cannot eat. I am sure this will help, I have been through what you are going through, if your system is not balanced, your mind will play crazy tricks on you, be strong and keep us posted. Good luck and stay very strong and positive.  Just google or you tube magnesium and bit d and you will get an idea.
