All I can say is listen to Nursegirl, she has great wisdom and has helped me so much... You just really need to be patient with the meds and not think about it so much... I know it's easier said then done and I need to take my own advice but keep telling yourself you can do this!!
I just keep focusing on every little thing. It's hard not to, but you're right, I'm haft way there. I just get so frustrated and scared that it might not work. I hope in the next few weeks I'll post how great I feel.
It's impossible to tell what is your preexisting anxiety, and a side effect of the Zoloft. Let's put it this way....an increase in anxiety is common while you're adjusting to the Zoloft, and it's also common for a short time after you increase your dose. It's temporary, and just something you kind of have to endure to get to the end result. Also, the longer you're on the Zoloft, the quicker the side effects will improve when increasing your dose (and usually the less severe the side effects will be). You thinking about how you feel 24/7 is not helping you.
You've already made it this far, this next dosage increase may actually yield some results in a couple of weeks. My advice is to keep on pushing. Often times, we have to feel a little worse before we can feel better.
Isn't that an increase in my anxiety. I'm supposed to up my dose today but I'm afraid I might feel worse.
It is too soon! I JUST told you that! As for the others, you've asked those same questions many many times.
