a pattern

I have been tracking my anxiety and symtpoms (see my symptom tracker) and I feel really ill about day 5 of my cycle. Okay first few days, but days 5-7 are horrible, which is today. I had a major panic attack on Thursday pm and then have felt horrible since then, tired, dizzy, naseau, stomach pains, shaky, trembling, and of course anxiety. When I get like this, I never know if I should go in or just ride it out, this is where I get into trouble. Am I feeling so ill because of the attack on Thursday, was it just a panic attack or something else and now i am feeling the repurcussions? Was it a heart attack? If so, I would have had more symptoms, right? My blood pressure skyrocketed, for me (160/102) and my pulse was in the low 100's. it last for about 1/2 hour then I calmed down. I did go to the ER, but never checked in. I seem to get these attacks of weakness since then, which, yes, I have had before, but it always seems worse while in the midst of it. My head is really foggy and dizzylike. What are your thoughts?

So, today, I woke up feeling dizzy and off balance, really like "stoned". Yes, I have had this feeling before, but why? What is it?

I know that I do have anxiety and have for while (7 years), but my anxiety seems to stem from the way I am feeling. I am not overly worried about anything else, except how I feel, what my body is telling me, which increases my anxiety. I am okay until the physical sensations come, then I start spiralling, doesn't make sense. If the physical sensation weren't there, I would be okay.

Perhaps this may help. these are a few of the signs of anxiety.

If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, you may have an anxiety disorder.

    * Are you constantly tense, worried, or on edge?
    * Does your anxiety interfere with your work, school, or family responsibilities?
    * Are you plagued by fears that you know are irrational, but can’t shake?
    * Do you believe that something bad will happen if certain things aren’t done a certain way?
    * Do you avoid everyday situations or activities because they make you anxious?
    * Do you experience sudden, unexpected attacks of heart-pounding panic?
    * Do you feel like danger and catastrophe are around every corner?
