HELP....

I do suffer from anxiety :( I have periods without very much then I have periods of pretty intense anxiety.  Starting a few days ago while at work all of the sudden I started feeling kinda flushed, heart racing I got home and it kinda subsided then the next few days at work I had periods where I was ok then my hands would be sweaty and I would start worrying.

Now it's the weekend and a few different times I have had this weird kinda feeling in my stomach area (kinda between my rip cage)  it's hard to explain, it's not pain though.  This then makes me start worrying....

Does anyone experience this?  What could it be?!?!

If everything came back fine I'm sure everything is alright and I would just stick to addressing the anxiety. Over thinking won't do you any good. Get back into therapy so you can help relieve your anxiety.

I just had blood work done an my doc said everything came back good!  So I'm not sure what else they could do or check.  I do go see a therapist,  here recently I haven't been going as often but I do need to increase my visits!!

Do you think I should make another doctors appointment...

The symptom you are describing is very likely related
to anxiety. However, it doesn't hurt to get checked out by doc if you feel something is wrong going on. If your anxiety is pretty bad therapy can help as well.
