anxitey

ive been feeling anxious alot the past couple of days i jus went through a bad break up, and for about a week or so i was vomiting 1-3 times a day for that period of days and i was crying alot but its been with me alot where i would have episodes of anxitey. and this is the thing where i dont know its been 3 days now where i have have awful stomach pains and bloating and i cant really use the bathroom..im not vomiting no more but a concern of mind is since i was vomiting  alot and i wasnt really eating could that be factoring how i feel lately? or could there be  a chance im pregnant? or is it all jus that i was worrying/crying/and vomiting alot?

is this normal for what i went through? or is it something serious?

the pregnancy test should have come with directions as well as information about how soon you are able to take it after having sex, but you might have to wait a few more days. If you know your period is coming you might be ovulating. That can feel like really light cramps so maybe that could be whats going on. Still, if you aren't feeling better after a week you should go to a doctor. Even if it is only anxiety they will be able to help you through that too!

When you know you have anxiety and are having an anxiety attack the most important thing to do is remind yourself that you are having an attack and it will pass. If you aren't eating make sure when you do eat it is only healthy food so that your stomach isn't bothered more than it already is. Also, you should take a pregnancy test as soon as you are able to rule that out, all of the worrying can really ware you down! Break ups can be so very complicated and confusing AND emotional, so just try and work through your feelings, don't fight them. If you are still feeling bad or even much worse in a few more days or a week or so, then make an appointment with your doctor
