Hey Cinderella64,
You may have an absorptopn, assimilation and or delivery issue
for essential nutrients.
Magnesium deficiencies are VERY difficult to correct!
Transdermal delivery of Magnesium Chloride is a great way to bring up your levels.
I own an informal wellness and holistic co-op club, and many members
use and benefit from using MgCl Oil transdermally.
If you need more info let me know.
Also, I have good results with Hypnotherapy in regards to a wide range of issues with various clients.

Hi,
it could be possible that I have magnesium deficiency, because I have charlie horse almost every night. I'm taking already magnesium. And Iron, Vitamin D, plus Vitamins B and C.
My health practitioner tested recently a gluten sensibility and lactose too, so I'm following a diet now. My digestion problems already disappeared after one week. Could be anxiety also a symptom of food intolerance? But after two weeks diet should also be now much better, right?
Any yes, I'm visiting regularly an energy healer and I'm doing also EFT and Reiki. Plus yoga and meditation.
Next week I have an appointment at my endo and I will ask her to check also the adrenal glands. I don't know what should I do additional, I'm doing already so much for my health...
Hey again CInderella64!
I hope the info my previous reply to your question helped.
Have you ruled out any nutritional deficiencies?
Have you also ruled out any possible allergies or intolerances?
Energy Medicine may be something to look into.
Do you have any good Energy Medicine Therapists in Germany?
The greatest aspect of it is the Holistic approach and the rather fast
results it brings. ( I work with Energy Medicine and for complex issues I combine with Hypnotherapy, Reiki and EFT with great success)
Take care.

I take propanolol, two to three times a day, for the last 5 years. It decreased the physical symptoms but not the mental symptoms. I take it for my svt, where my heart rate is about 150 to 200.
I started trying the SSRI's for the anxiety, but it's messing with the propanolol effect, and was sending my heart rate into the 40's and 50's. Just be careful if you try an AD, sometimes there is an interaction.
Good luck, I started seeing a therapist too, and also a psychiatrist for the meds, although I am thinking my Dr. is better qualified than this psych.
Hi! For someone like you Propanolol does several things....it slows your heart rate....lowers your blood pressure and helps with anxiety. I have been on it many years for a tremor in my hand. You can't go by anyone else's experience on a medication because we all respond differently to them. So where one has great success....another may not, and the only way we know if it will work for us is to try it. Trial and error...and we've all been there. Valdoxan is fairly new and widely used in Europe and it's showing to be one of the antidepressants with fewer side effects than others. I would give it a try and see how you feel, and it will also help with your anxiety. Hope this helps and right back at ya from the great US!
