hello
i am suffering from depression,anxiety and obsessive thoughts.i am scared and worried about a lot of things.
now i am scared of swine flu.i can't go out.
i need some advices.

Hi Lina,

I too suffer from bad anxiety, depression and wory every day that I have some incurable diease, I am terrifed to go to the doctors and when I do go they think I am crazy.. I am convinced they are missing something bad! I dont how to help you to stop just know I understand how you feel, if you are not afraid of doctors then go get checked out! I sure wish I were not afraid to go!

I battle every day on trying  to get my courage up to go again as I have more symptoms and ofcourse bad ones that the internet say! so I am gonna try and go to a doc this week and get bloodwork I went  to my dr just over a week ago and he said i was finei did not need my bloodwork done, i think i do!! but im so scared.

I sure hope you feel better soon! like everyone tells me I'm sure we are probaly fine! just take some hand sanitized everywhere u go!~

I know that what you are feeling most be quite a challenge for you in your everyday life. After all if you can not get out to do your daily activities it must be hard on you and your baby. that is if that is your baby I see in the picture. I have heard of a remedy that may help you in your fears. This is something that friend of my family have tried and say that it has helped them out incredibly well.
