body shivering
from my child hood my body goes shivering.when ever i am holding any objects my hands go shivering what i have to do
I think what you need to do is take this to your doctor and figure out why this "shivering" is happening, especially since it appears to only happen when you are holding something. Since you have had this condition since childhood, it's time you got to the bottom of it. You need to rule out a physical reason for it. If there isn't one, then your next stop should be with a good therapist.
