buzzing feeling heaviness in chest

i have posted on this forum a couple of times, i was wondering if anyone else experiences a buzzing, fluttering feeling in their chest? i have had it for two days now and have a heavy feeling in my chest, also i have on/off pain just above my ribs, this sent me into a massive panic attack and had to stop myself going to accident and emergency thinking i was having a heart attack, also during this time i have frequently been to the toilet and have been very gassy and have had indigestion also, was just wondering if anyone else experiences these symptoms

Yes, I had the similar experience right after I visited my dad's grave. I started get this bad panic attacks and worried about my last day of my life. I got a chest pain right in the middle of my heart, went to ER, took some blood works, EKG, x-rays, and they found nothing wrong with my heart. I was told I had a panic attack and need to calm down. The doctor told me to take Xanax to ease the worriness. I didn't take it, because I was told it was too addictive. I had to inhale deep breath and release my thoughts in my head with a balloon with it or something to release it off of my head. It works very well. My medical bill was about $2K, I can't imagine a medical bill of $4K!

Actually, I am feeling my chest tight right now and my upper back (mid of shoulder blades) with pinpricking feeling in my chest.  These are apparently symptoms of anxiety but are also symptoms of a heart-attack.  I too went into the ER last May because I had a major anxiety attack where the muscle (which one I don't know - middle of chest) tightened so bad that it spasm to under my right breast.  They did EKG, blood work, x-rays and found nothing wrong along with a $5K bill which I was responsible for $4K.  Now, when I get this feeling I pop my ativan and hope that it relieves it within the 1hour.  That's the bad part, Ativan takes a bit longer than Xanax, from what I've been told.
