So I have to say that I have finally found an amazing book that has really stimulated me with this anxiety and my recovery, it has helped me realize and learn so much about all of these happenings! For that reason, I want to share it with you, and hope you will run out and get it, I ordered mine online from Barnes and Nobles, but I am sure it is everywhere, at least it should be:
"The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook" Fourth Edition by Edmund J. Bourne, PH.D
It truly is a Workbook, with great exercises to help you learn more and cope with your anxiety, it walks you through numerous breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
I have read a lot of books, most of my favorites are by Claire Weeks, but this book is extremely interactive. It was actually recommended to me by my therapist, and I am just really really pleased!
There are many of these workbooks, I also purchased one called "The Anger Habit Workbook" by Carl Semmelroth, PH.D, but haven't gotten into that one yet! It focuses on "Proven Principles to Calm the Stormy Mind"
