You can control your thoughts - it takes a bit of exercise and time but you can manage how and what you think.
You are not alone, and others have made their lives better with therapy, meds (not too much) and encouragement.

Anxiety is awful even though its not deadly.. It makes you feel all kinds of things.. you feel sick, sleepy, scared, dizzy and other things. I am like that and it *****. Since 15 years old ive been going through this. At one point they gave me a medication called Citalopram and it worked wonders, for three years I was in heaven and then the anxiety came back :(.. Now am 36 and feeling broken
