can't sleep can't live normally

For the past 15 years I have been Bulimic although I am more in control now than what I was last year. The left hand side of my body ie. my ear, my neck and throat is always blocked. I usually feel as though food does not go down my throat properly and every time i eat pressure builds up at the back of my neck so that my ears are always popping and all i want to do is get rid of it.
I suffer anxiety every single  night. It feels as though my body has adrenaline running through  and is craving sugar and I cannot sleep until i have something sweet. My doctor can't seem to find anything wrong with me but I am not imagining any of this.
I have very bad bowels and feel as though my body will not relax.
Is there anyone who can help me with this?
I just want to lead a normal life.
There are so many issues with my body am I going mad?

You are not going mad.  Many years ago, when I was a teenager, I will be 45 in a couple months, I also went through a time with Bulimia.

One day I just decided to stop.  That is what you have to decide.  STOP.  You can and you will stop when "you" decide to.  There is no need for you to just settle for being better.  You have to stop cold turkey.  Just Stop doing it.  That day can be today, if, you want and choose it to be.

It will not be as hard as you might imagine.  Before, you know it, you will not even think about it anymore and have realized days, months and years have passed since you did.

You will more than likely find that after your body has some time to heal and adjust, the  health issues you mentioned in your post are very likely to resolve.

Purge yourself, not of the food in your stomach; but, the anxiety / worries in your mind.  You can do this by thinking and saying positive thoughts to and about yourself.  Even if you don't feel like it, do it anyway.  Before you know it, you will have defeated this and be able to enjoy your life in a much better and healtheir way.

Blessings, Peace and comfort to you.
