I feel like everything is too close, it causes me mental pain. What is going on?

This has been going on for as long as I can remember, but not nearly as frequently as it is now. It happens in the mornings, and usually goes away after 1-2 hours. It is like everything feels pointy and it drives me crazy. I really want to leave any area that I'm in and go to an open field. The feeling is like being annoyed, but 10x. The only thing that helps me is putting my hands really close to my face, like on my forehead or cheek. It is really starting to disrupt my morning classes as a college student.

Is there a counselor at your school that you can talk to about this?

Yeah I probably should I was hoping someone had a similar experience. I have no idea what's going on
Even if someone thought they had the same experience that doesn't mean they know how you should deal with it. it is better to talk one on one with a professional for ideas on how to deal with it.
