Well I am a 27 yo female. I am average weight. Part of the problem is that every time I go to the er it seems like they just dismiss it as panic. They always say I have no risk factors for heart problems. It's hard to believe that I feel this crappy from panic when I live a pretty normal life. I'm engaged no kids and I work. I guess my life can be stressful every now and again but not so bad its causing this. I take 10 mg of prozac and .5 Klonopin at night

Hi there! Sorry you're feeling so lousy, I agree with Rich that this sounds a lot like panic symptoms.  It's hard to convince yourself that these very real sensations are due to anxiety, but you have to remember that you went to the ER (more than once) and they haven't found anything.  If you were having a major cardiac event, like a heart attack, it would have been discovered by now.

If tou could share a little bit about your history, it would be helpful.  How many times have you gone to the ER and what kinds of tests have you had?  Seen a cardiologist?  How long have you had these symptoms?  Any other medical conditions or meds you take?  Age? Any anxiety history?

We'll see if we can't sort this out.  Try to hang in there in the meantime, we know it's hard1

I wish you had mentioned your age,  weight and other personal information that might give a clue to your recent health history.      I always assumed that when you arrive at the ER and mention mention those symptoms,  you would have been given more thorough tests than just an EKG.    Something's missing from this story and would be best to fill it in.     It has all the signs of panic disorder,  the part about running to the ER 'yet again'.

I would seek out a Cardiologist for further testing, and EKG doesn't tell the whole story.
