first time here need advice
Hi i just found out i have anxiety the tingling of the face and arm scares me so much any advice on how to deal with this???
Thank you for your advice...I thought i was going crazy till i found this site...am having a real bad time with this and am just beginning i can't imagine what's to come.
Welcome, if ur a first timer, i know is scary, and everything is new, no lie but i have suffer from anxiety fir 8 9 months now, and im still struggling with this illness, is hard but my advice for you u is that is going to be a bumpy road, i would n still get numbness is just a, way of anxiety trying to get to you, from anxiety comes depression there will be days you will feel overwhelm with anxiety.. Just hang in there and don't lose faith.. Cause,alot of us do.. Remember anxiety can't kill You... Try not to put too much attention to those symptoms..
