I found that running or exercising - which i have never been big at exercising - especially not jogging- is quite painful and uncomfortable for me. I have to do 4 miles and since I started having this horrible anxiety (also, with me it is the worst in the morning and gone by night - my psychiatrist states this is common) and depression. I started to just walk briskly, then my body became used to it so then I started jogging part of it, then running, anything to get my body to feel another sensation than the one in my head. I am also on the full dose of zoloft and it isn't working that well. I hate this crap! but stay away from cutting, because pretty soon you will get used to it and will need to have more severe cuts.
keep writing and keep us informed. good luck.

Please seek help for your anxiety.  Mammo is right your are only covering up the anxiety with the cutting.

You need to find another outlet for your anxiety and a therapist can help you do that.  You can get better with help please take that step....

Your anxiety is being masked by the cutting, and it's only adding to your problems.  You need to get help with this, therapy would help you.  Cutting is not the answer to anything, seek professional.
