We r in the same boat I feel exactly like how u discribe ur self.I think we need to try to sleep better not give up better sleep will lead to better days I hope don't give up I'm here as well going tru the same symptoms as you let's not give in to anxiaty

i dont take any sleeping pills anymore they agetate my anxiaty more i had bout some sleeping aid pulls over the counter but tgey dont help u should go to the doctore n ask him wat works cuz i love my sleep i was sleeping good for several weeks just today my brain was acting up
Did you try using that melatonin I been talking about it takes about 3 or 4 days for to really start working but I slept good last night hopefully I'll sleep good tonight is an over the counter all natural it's 1 of the chemicals in your body makes to help you fall asleep and stay asleep and since your body makes it it's non addictive
