It is wise to sit down, relax your breathing. you can read a book or even try aroma theropy. it helps to get your mind off the physical symptoms and just tell yourself they are panic attacks and they will go away.
Panic attacks are very hard to deal with in my opinion, especially when we first experience them. They can definitely make us both mentally and physically exhausted.
Have you had anxiety issues in the past? Are you under a lot of stress right now? Do you have access to counseling?
