Are these symptoms consistent with anxiety?

Hi. It has been 5 weeks since I had a sex encounter with a sexual worker. Since the 3rd day after the encounter, my entire body feels weaker. I have pain in the muscles. I also have weird muscle vibrations on the arms and legs and lately there's a tingling sensation on my left and right palm, which makes my arms sore the next day. I haven't experienced sore thoath, fever, rash and other ars symptoms, so that gives me hope.

Do you guys think that what I have is anxiety related (people from the hiv forum told me that I wasn' at risk for hiv)

The symptoms you are describing can definetly be symptoms of anxiety.  The more the worry about it the worse the symptoms will get.

If you are worried about hiv then you should really consider going to your dr to get tested.  As long as you used protection I think the odds of having contracted hiv are slim but getting tested will help put your mind at ease.

Lots of luck....
