There are a number of great books, I do this too and I found the book "Taming Your Gremlin" super helpful
I agree. Try and find different books that you think will help you. There is an Anxiety and Panic workbook and there are amazing books by Jon Kabat-Zinn on Mindfulness. Its a powerful tool that can really help you learn to focus your find. Right now I am reading the Mindfulness Code and its a great book as well.

reading definately helps for me too, but specifically reading stuff other people say. like facebook statuses and stuff. it just gets your mind off of the anxiety feeling. also if you write stuff.
