Sorry for the delay in responding.........it's a busy time of the year.
When you write that "everything is changing," you really hit at least one nail on the head. Tim Burton should have made a movie called "The Nightmare DURING Puberty!" Which is exactly where you are, my friend. Why do you think all us old folks say we'd NEVER want to be teenagers again? There is a very real reason for that!
So, I think your raging hormones are playing some games with your head, which is not funny at all.
That sudden feeling of "not being yourself," or "outside of yourself,"
or "apart from reality..........." Those kinds of feelings have names which are "depersonalization and/or derealization." They are very uncomfortable and frightening feelings which, fortunately, don't last very long. There is some debate as to why these feelings happen, but you could Google it and see if you can relate to any of it. If you have a tendency towards hypochondria, I advise avoiding any symptom sites.
I know it's difficult at your age to talk to your parents about stuff like this, but sometimes we just have to bite the bullet and do it. If these feelings don't stop soon and you continue to worry and feel anxious, that is very unhealthy for you. If there is a physical cause for these feelings, you need to see a doctor.
Please post again if you need to talk, we're always here.
Hang in there
Peace
